These models were made as a selling aid . Architecturally they were also useful as a design tool. The models illustrated the overall look and aspect in relation to surrounding buildings. Three Scale Models were used:
- 1:200 scale model to show the building in it's environment.
- 1:75 scale to show the look of the building.
- 1:50 scale Detail of the building surrounding Chews Lane.
