Mulan (2020)
Human Dynamo created a working trebuchet for the blockbuster Disney live action remake of Mulan.
Working alongside NZFX, who fabricated the structural steel frame, our team applied detailed timber skinning, ageing and surface treatment to transform the engineered framework into a convincing period siege weapon.
Through careful finishing and distressing, we ensured the trebuchet looked authentic on camera while remaining robust and safe for production use.
