NAUGHT Series — Milarky (2024 - 2026)
Human Dynamo Workshop has partnered with New Zealand artist Milarky for a number of years to help bring his ambitious NAUGHT series to life.
Known for exploring themes of nomadism, environmental change, human resilience and imagined post-apocalyptic futures, Milarky's work often pushes beyond the scale and complexity that can be achieved by a single maker. Human Dynamo's role is to provide the creative production expertise that enables these ideas to become reality, collaborating from early design development through to fabrication and finishing.
Working closely with Milarky, we help translate concept into physical form, combining digital modelling, engineering and fabrication, while remaining true to the artist's vision.
Our collaboration has contributed to a growing body of large-scale NAUGHT sculptures that have been exhibited publicly at Sculpture by the Sea (Sydney), Art in the Park (Auckland), NZ Art Show (Wellington) NZ Sculpture onShore (Auckland), Kaipara Sculpture Gardens (Kaipara), and more.
Together, we've helped create sculptures that balance artistic expression with structural integrity, ensuring they are exhibition-ready in unique and demanding environments.

Our partnership continues to evolve as each new sculpture explores new ideas, scale, materials and fabrication techniques.
