Snapper Recharge Kiosks (2010)
Human Dynamo worked with Snapper — the New Zealand-based public transport payment card company — to design and produce a run of card recharge kiosks for distribution around Wellington's CBD. The kiosks needed to be robust enough for unattended public use, intuitive for passengers topping up on the go, and reliably brandable for Snapper's growing transit network.
The kiosks were designed in-house. Heavy structural components were outsourced to specialist local fabricators, while final assembly, fit-out and quality control happened in our workshop. The result was a small fleet of consistent, durable units ready for street-level deployment.
