Whale Heart life size model arrives in New Bedford Whaling Museum

The New Bedford Whaling Museum has recently recieved a life size Whale Heart interactive model, built by the team from December 2017 to March 2018.

The fiberglass heart has made waves in local Massachusetts news, even making a feature on local televised news.

The whale heart is constructed from fiberglass, using a mix of traditional and modern model making techniques, topped off with a realistic hand airbrushed paint job by our director, Sue Dorrington.
